Life Beyond MTS

“I am an avid biking enthusiast and like spending my leisure time going on long rides on my Royal Enfield Bullet. Biking has been my passion for the past 3 years, and I spend most of my weekends and holidays going on long rides on my Royal Enfield Bullet with my group of friends and helping people on road during our journey.

I am also the Moderator of the Bullet Club for Agra named - ‘TAJ ROYALS’. This club has around 60 members who share a common feeling and love for the Enfield Bullet. We usually ride to places that are unexplored.

Apart from this, I am also a support team member for a GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT for the longest journey (40,000 Kms) by motorcycle in a single country which was attempted by a friend of mine in Tamil Nadu.”

Photography happened to me by chance rather than by choice. While doing MBA I casually participated in a college fest in photography contest. One fine morning went out with my point & shoot camera and clicked a moment and submitted the photograph. To my surprise I won the First prize and since then there has been no turning back. I guess the eye for photography developed in me during my childhood days when I used to see my mother painting on canvas with vibrant colors which as a child always intrigued me.

Poetry is a way to express my emotions and experience in a better way. I have always been interested in observing things that happen and connections between them. This turned to writing verse during times of great emotion, insight and experience. Writing is an amazing stress reliever, a personal experience, a creative release and I Love It!

Acting especially in theater is quite challenging and thrilling, as it allows you to bring out many hidden aspects of your personality. It helps you challenge your limits. It also provides you an opportunity to play a myriad of roles and point of views which in real life is not possible. It helps you look at the world from different angles.

I have been fond of painting since my childhood. During school days, I represented my school in various painting competitions and won prizes too. With work, painting took a back seat. When I moved to Bangalore, I found a new form of creating and painting the canvas and that was photography. Today photography is my hobby and I have been working on enhancing the skill.
